- Help someone find what they’re looking for.
- Report deals and codes that have expired or aren’t working
- Give feedback, post useful comments and hit like.
- Keep things positive.
However you take part, the idea is simple: help other members and make the community better.

- Most Helpful Legends – Website recognize members who make useful contributions on Smoking Hub, whether they share deals, answer questions, leave helpful comments or flag problems.
- Most Helpful Legends – Socials recognize helpful members across all our social channels: Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, Telegram and X.
- The Deal of the Month Legend awards recognize 1 standout deal shared on our site and 1 shared across our social channels. We consider the value of the deal and how useful it was to members alongside community engagement.
- The Deal Request MVP recognizes someone who was especially helpful in our Cigar and Accessory Deal Requests (ISO) category. Someone who helped other members track down the cigars or accessories they’re looking for.
How Site Points Work
Our site awards points for certain activities (following a similar approach to the stats systems we use on Reddit and Facebook). They help our team keep track of contributions but points alone do not decide who wins. We look closely at how useful each contribution was and the final selection is at our discretion. That’s also why we don’t display members’ total point balances publicly.
You can see the points available for individual activities:

| Add a profile photo | 5, once total |
| Report a deal or code with a problem | 5 per valid report, with no limit |
| Leave a particularly helpful comment or help another member | 10, awarded manually by our team |
| Spam or misuse | At least 5 points deducted; we may deduct more depending on the situation |
Points make it easier for us to notice activity. What matters most is whether you actually helped someone. A helpful answer, a great deal or an accurate report of an expired offer means more to the community than posting just to collect points.
