Best Cigar Prices had RP Deciples for 5.99 per fiver…I ordered 20 of them. They back-ordered them immediately. Then after a few days, I contacted them and they say their supplier can’t get them anymore. Not sure I’ll give them another shot.
Yeah, that’s frustrating, and you’re not the only one who experienced this. Some people did get them; others did not, or they did after a while. Their inventory management has been disappointing with that particular sale, especially with the insanely priced packs like the RPs.
I don’t think they’ll have such issues with most of their deals and offers (they didn’t up until now anyway), and since others still have good experience with BCP, we’ll carefully feature them. But you’re completely right to question giving them your business in the future. This is why we’ve added a disclaimer to let people know this is a potential problem so they have the full information to make the right call for themselves.
