Different opinions and constructive criticism are welcome. Personal attacks, harassment, hate speech and abusive behavior aren’t. Keep disagreements focused on the topic.
3. No buying, selling or trading between members
Buying, selling, trading or swapping cigars or other tobacco products with other members is not allowed. Don’t post offers or requests or use the community to arrange these transactions privately. Deal posts must link to licensed retailers.
4. No misinformation or politics
Please refrain from sharing any misinformation, political posts or conspiracy theories. This is a community for cigar enthusiasts, let's keep it that way.
5. Protect personal information
Don’t publish private messages or anyone else’s personal information without permission. Remove names, email addresses, shipping addresses and payment details from screenshots before sharing them.
6. Use points and rewards fairly
Don’t use spam, duplicate accounts, vote manipulation or repetitive, low-effort posts to collect points or gain an unfair advantage. Contributions should add something useful to the community. We reserve the right to remove points and suspend or delete accounts if we suspect manipulation or abuse of the system. Check our Community Rewards page for the full details.
7. Report problems
Use the report option to flag spam, rule violations or inappropriate content. Post technical problems in Site Support, Technical Issues & Suggestions. For sensitive issues or anything involving personal information, contact our team privately through the site’s contact page.
8. Post in the right section
Help others find and follow your posts by choosing the appropriate section:
- Cigar and Accessory Deals: Share deals you’ve found at licensed retailers.
- Cigar and Accessory Deal Requests (ISO): Ask for help finding a specific cigar, accessory or deal.
- Cigar Talk: Ask questions, share experiences and discuss anything cigar-related.
- Site Support, Technical Issues & Suggestions: Get help using the site, report bugs or suggest improvements.
- Community Rules & Announcements: Find community guidelines and official updates from our team.
9. Keep self-promotion in check
Be an active part of the community, not just here to promote yourself. For every promotional post or comment, contribute at least 9 genuine, non-promotional posts or comments. Self-promotion includes links to your own content or anything you benefit from financially. Clearly disclose your connection, keep promotions relevant and don’t post filler just to meet the ratio.
