I've been trying to replace my profile picture, but every time I delete the old one and upload the new one, the old one comes back. Am I doing something wrong? Maybe user error? If you have any pointer, it would be much appreciated

yeah, tried from 3 different devices and it'll show it's changed, then I hit the checkmark and it reverts back to the old pic.
